Where is my reference number?
It is printed on the receipt you got when you sent the money. Your recipient needs the same number to collect a cash pickup.
Want to cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the money has not been picked up or deposited yet, we can cancel it and refund the full amount and fees.
Something went wrong?
If the amount is wrong or the money did not arrive by the date on your receipt, tell us within 180 days and we will investigate.
